Never arrived

Would give zero stars if I could.
Placed order 29th November. Paid $33 for fast delivery. Supposed to arrive by 9th or 10th December. We were leaving for holidays on 15th December. It never arrived. I chased and chased and chased and all I got was narky emails from a marketing dept telling me that UPS fails to deliver 90% of its parcels outside of the US. So why use them and why take money from innocent customers and charge them $33 for using UPS?
You still haven't refunded my money.
