Mia Secret sponsored the nail look for the STAUD Spring 2024 fashion show during New York Fashion Week in September. The runway event was held on September 10 at the iconic Plaza Hotel in its stunning Grand Ballroom, featuring light and airy designs for spring from designer Sarah Staudinger.
The nail team, led by celebrity manicurist Julie Kandalec, created an updated micro French for 35 models. This fresh take on the classic nail look featured a thin horizontal line about 1/3 of the way down the nail on a nude nail. Kandalec and her team used a variety of Mia Secret Gelux hues in beautifully bold pastels, perfect for spring.

To recreate the STAUD manicure:
Step 1: Apply one coat of Mia Secret Luxury Base and Top Gel, and cure under an LED light for 60 seconds.
Step 2: Using the Nail Art Design Liner Brush, paint a line in the Gelux color of choice across the nail, about 1/3 of the way down. Cure for 60 seconds.
Step 3: Finish with another coat of Mia Secret Luxury Base and Top Gel, and cure for 60 seconds.
Tip! If the natural nail needs a little extra coverage, apply one to two coats of a sheer pink Gelux hue that matches the skin tone.
